7. Can I buy 1 or 2 pieces of samples for testing before bulk order?
Yes, we are pleased to send you samples for the quality and performance test.
8.What about the delivery date?
If we have free stocks of the item you need, it can be sent within 1 week after receiving deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.If we don't have free stock, the delivery date can be different for different products. Generally speaking, it will take 35 to 45days.
9.OEM/ODM Service introduction
Our company can provide OEM and ODM services, in the dehumidification volume in line with quality certification, can provide logo, brand, color customization, personalized carton design, and pattern design, but also welcome the provision of technology, cooperation in the processing of finished products. OEM buyers are required to provide logo and brand documents, color card standards, carton, and pattern design documents, instructions for translation documents and so on. ODM needs to provide sample drawings, special requirements of documents, protocol documents and so on.

Quality Management department has incoming inspection team, process inspection team and finished product inspection group, a total of more than 20 people.2011 First passed ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, 2014 review, 2018 all the subsidiaries and parent companies passed it,2018 subsidiaries and parent companies also through the OHSAS 18,001:2007 Occupational Health certification and ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management system certification. After opening the dehumidifier, it should be kept in standby state as far as possible, and do not open and close frequently, so as to greatly reduce the damage to the machine performance and not waste a lot of electricity.After power failure, it is necessary to turn off the power immediately to prevent the sudden power call and the sudden impact of large current on the dehumidifier and damage the dehumidifier.

In terms of placement, it is recommended to place the dehumidifier in a place with air circulation and flat ground, and put it next to the wall.In this way, the moist air is pumped into the dehumidifier as soon as possible, and the dry air can be quickly circulated to all corners of the workshop to achieve better dehumidification effect.
